**Reports to:** Department Manager

**Salary/Grade Level:** $9.80/hr tips AZ Wilderness Brewing was created to celebrate handcrafted, artisanal beers that are inspired by the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona. Our mission is to produce socially, ethically, and environmentally responsible craft beer with the intention of inspiring and uplifting our local Arizona community. Our employees are our most valuable resource and our success depends upon creating and retaining a staff capable of delivering an exceptional customer experience to every patron, every time. We are looking for a full-time Busser to join our amazing team.

**Essential Functions**

* To ensure guests are seated at a clean, sanitized and properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible

* Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes, glassware and trash

* Washe all glassware in the three compartment sink to ensure Beer Clean glassware

* Polish wine glasses

* Effectively communicate via a headset

* Clean and sanitize throughout the shift

* Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

* Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, restrooms, perimeter of building and parking lot

* Check condition of property from the previous shift and notify the manager of any problems

* Restock and prepare property, equipment, and supplies for open, shift change, or close

* Clean and sanitizes high chairs before and after each use

* Empty trash and spot sweep the restaurant and bar floor

* Properly dispose of waste through our three categories and processes: Compost, Recycling and Trash

* Refills beverages

* Delivers food to tables

* Assists with storing deliveries.

* Completes all side-work including needed janitorial duties.

**Qualification Standards**

* Lift and carry up to 70 lbs up to 20 times per shift

* Place and retrieve items from high shelves and/or in a walk-in cooler/freezer

* Work indoors and outdoors at all times of the year

* Work frequently in a hot, loud, and damp environment

* Walk or stand 100% of shift

* Reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently

* Handle cleaning and sanitizing chemicals

* Ability to clearly communicate guest needs to other team members
