Sign On Bonus:

Up to $5000.00 Depending on Experience

Diesel Technician Pay Range: Up to $45.00 per hour D.O.E.

Diesel Mechanic/Technician Job Duties

• Responsible for repairing, maintaining Cummins diesel engines and diesel components used in various vehicles and diesel equipment.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex Cummins diesel engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
• Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
• Meet requirements for certifications.

Diesel Mechanic/Technician Requirements

• Valid Driver's license (Bonus compensation for CDL holders)
• Must possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and be reliable.
• Must possess an excellent understanding and certification of Cummins Diesel engines through the current product line.
• Experience with other diesel engine platforms such as Detroit, CAT, & International are a plus.
• Other mechanical skills desired but not essential: Hydraulics, Brakes & Suspension, Manual Transmissions, Drive Train, and Automatic Transmissions.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have own set of general tools.
