What You'll Do
As our Operations Utility, you will not only provide coverage to most areas of our Central Operations department, but you will offer daily support to our branches. This means taking telephone inquiries from branch employees and assisting with customer related issues. You'll become a 'go-to' for all things Operations!
Responsibilities include:

• Provide coverage for most job functions in the department
• Wire room -
  • Funds accounting, incoming & outgoing wire transfers and ACH returns
• Branch IRA & CD Support -
  • Handles branch inquiries or directs inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Sends notifications and interest checks to customers
  • Processes incoming and outgoing collections according to established guidelines
  • File maintenance on CD's, IRA's, HSA's, signature cards and account conversions
• ATM -
  • ATM balancing, file maintenance, card orders, process unauthorized disputes
  • ATM branch support
• Various other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• 2 years banking or Central Operations experience, or other relevant experience
• Basic data entry skills, some knowledge of Central Operations procedures preferred
• Computer skills
• Mathematical Skills - ability to work with mathematical concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, etc.) and apply them to practical situations
• Knowledge and/or standard personal computer experience including MS Word and/or Excel

Pay Range (Hourly): $19.00-$22.00
