First Hawaiian Bank is Hiring a Fraud Investigator Near Center, HI

We are currently seeking a collaborative, goals-driven, detail-oriented Fraud Investigator to join our Fraud Department Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the detection, prevention and investigation of potential fraud situations which requires the ability to conduct research, execute various tasks to protect the customer and bank, and provide clear documentation of investigations.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1 year of experience in fraud investigations required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with accurate results.
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage a new software program.
  • Experience and basic working knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Ability to complete assignments with little supervision.
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking.
