Coco Shrimp Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Coco family. As a member of our team/family, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced laid-back environment, we would love to hear from you. We pay weekly. Starting pay plus tips per hour. We are Closed Sundays!
Duties:
- Greet guests in a welcoming and warm manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Make and serve food to guests in a timely manner
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Process payments using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
