ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accountable for operating company vehicle safely and efficiently
• Accountable for the pulling of equipment, linen, food, any other necessary items to execute contracted event.
• Accountable for ensuring that all time standards and expectations are met for load out, arrival and service of contracted events.
• Accountable for fostering and maintaining event space and venue relationships.
• Direct and oversee staff at events
• Accountable for completing daily task such as but not limited to assigned side work, facility cleanliness and organization as well as event clean up
• Accountable for communicating and completing Ultimate Prep Sheet and Notes
• Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary.

• 2 years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required.
• Cannot be convicted of a felony.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
• Ability to enforce company’s standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.
• Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.
• Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
• Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.
