Finger Lakes Dental of Palmyra is looking for a full-time Greetings Coordinator to join their team.
We are a fast-growing practice and looking for a compassionate, detail oriented and organized candidate to fill this role.
Our Greetings Coordinator welcomes our patients to the office and checks them in. They also answer phones, make patient appointments, will make confirmation and follow up calls to our patients, as well as ensure our waiting area is clean and restocked.

Tuesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The expectation is that you will stay until patients have been dismissed, and end of day responsibilities are completed.
You may be required to stay after patients on Fridays to complete training.
