• Answer incoming customer calls via desk phone (no face-to-face customer contact)
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer emails ensuring customers feel supported and valued.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and other parts center team members based on trust and reliability
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, tactfully
• Provide quality parts recommendation, including alternatives
• Utilize and navigate through computer applications
• Other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

• Ability to answer phone and talk to customers all day in a seated position.
• Ability to clearly communicate so that others can understand you.
• Ability to do repetitive work.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
