Job Duties:

• Oversee Operations team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the team meets organization standards and business initiatives
• Manage relationships with 3rd party providers
• Oversea portfolio reporting (Investment team communication, Internal Accounting, annual audits and Budgets).
• Facilitate all operational aspects for the organization including asset Allocations (Capital Calls, cash and stock distributions, account openings/closures, trade settlements and rebalancing).
• Assist in hiring and managing operations team
• Coordinate with external and internal partners to improve reporting and recon process. Drive system and information gathering efficiencies.
• Oversea operational due diligence.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• years experience in related field required
• firm operations experience
• systems experience preferred
• be able to work in office 5 days a week.
