This position offers an optional $5000 award for a 2 year commitment or a $7500 award for a 3 year commitment to FHN

JOB SUMMARY: Provide competent outpatient mental health assessment and treatment to individuals, families and groups regarding biopsychosocial concerns. Develops and implements a treatment plan to address presenting problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree in human service related field. Completion of CEU requirement as set by licensing board.
1 years, post degree completion, of field related experience preferred. Ability to conduct psychosocial evaluation of client, with special knowledge of recommended assessment strategies for life stages. Ability to conduct differential diagnosis to determine course of treatment. Clinical knowledge of Evidence Based and Trauma-Informed therapeutic interventions for the mentally ill and dually diagnosed individuals; throughout the age span. Ability to formulate treatment plans with achievable goals, objectives and treatment strategies. Knowledge of Client-Therapist relation stages and its progression. General knowledge of community resources. Supervisory skills and ability to train others. Comfortable and well versed with computer programs. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management skills, specially as it relates to the therapeutic relationship.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:  Completion of licensure process within 12 months of eligibility, or 4 years from date of hire.
