Felhaber Larson has an immediate opening for a litigation/labor and employment associate with 2-5 years of experience.
This is a partner-track position. While the immediate need will be primarily in the litigation and labor and employment practice groups, this associate will have the opportunity to explore all of Felhaber Larson’s practice areas, including its real estate, transactional, and corporate practice groups, among others.
Within the litigation practice group, this associate will litigate a diverse case load, including: labor and employment litigation, commercial and general business litigation, partnership/shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and more. This associate will be expected to handle the following types of tasks:
With the labor and employment practice group, in addition to litigating cases, the associate may be involved with employment advice and counseling, responses to administrative charges, employee handbook reviews, labor arbitrations, NLRB proceedings, unionization and labor unit issues, work stoppages, and the like.
