DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du bist die Schnittstelle aller operativen Supply-Chain-Prozesse und sorgst für die effiziente Organisation und Überwachung derer.
- Du kommunizierst mit unseren Fahrern (mehrsprachig ;-)) über mehrere Channels, agierst schnell und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.
- Du stimmst dich mit unserem Hardware Team ab, um Probleme schnell und effizient zu beheben.
- Zufriedene Kunden sind das Wichtigste für dich: Du sorgst für das nötige «Make it nice», indem du überwachst, dass die FELFEL Kühlschränke schön und korrekt aufgefüllt sind, und die Gavetti Kaffeemaschinen sauber und komplett aufgefüllt sind.
WER DU BIST
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch & Englisch, und hast Grundkenntnisse in Französisch.
- Du bringst idealerweise 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations mit.
- Du hast Spass an der Kommunikation mit vielen verschiedenen internen und externen Teams und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer.
- Du hast ein Auge für Details, bist ein Organisations- und Multitaskingtalent.
- Motivierte Persönlichkeit, die auch herausfordernde Probleme mit einem Lächeln angeht.
