Qualified Staffing is looking to hire a part-time Warehouse Stock Handler for one of the top snack food providers in the country. This is a temp-to-hire positions that has the opportunity to be hired on with the client after 90 days! Apply today and give us a call!!
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, Hours may vary each week (20 hours a week)
Pay:
$20/hr with required experience
Job Duties:

• Participate with management and working leaders in daily work assignments.
• Establish and maintain proficiency in all technical systems and practices including, EWM inventory systems, Voice Pick Assembly System, and load line pick sequencing and new product introductions, inbound trailer receiving, and physical inventories.
• Check in and approve driver returns. Communicate, resolve and follow-up on driver issues through SHAPE Drive Feedback Form. Work with drivers on correct practices such as end of the day EOD post-trip of truck and trailer.
• Solicit and implement driver suggestions for better customer service improvements.
• Prioritize and work with all warehouse activities including receiving, loading, returns, cleanup, and special assignments as required.
• Communicate and assist with all maintenance and repair activities related to delivery trucks, facility, materials handling equipment, and loading systems equipment.
• Assist in planning and participate in staff meetings for safety, training, and special situations.
• Establish and maintain open communications between peer group, working leaders, and management regarding all existing and potential issues.
• Compliance to all branch warehouse work rules.

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of PROVEN warehouse experience is a must
• Proven experience operating a power pallet jack is required (Must be able to pass Power Pallet Jack Test Day 1)
• Experience loading and unloading product
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to set and achieve daily and weekly goals
• Good listening and communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize daily tasks
• Able to work in a team environment
