• Pay: $150,000/yr Base plus Bonus
• Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am – 5pm) - 3 days remote!

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports, analyze data, and identify variances
• Risk Management & Process Improvement: Implement changes to reduce risk and support firm growth
• Accounting & Accounts Management: Manage AP/AR, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations
• Budgeting & Closing: Own annual budget, partner on budget development, manage monthly/quarterly closing
• Financial Systems & Expertise: Manage financial data, become a subject matter expert in firm platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
• 5-7 years of accounting/finance experience
• Knowledge of ProLaw & Power BI a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to learn new tools quickly
• Proven track record of process improvement and managing multiple priorities
