Position Details: Essential Functions: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for: Work with team to launch effective marketing campaigns that help achieve company, branch, and corporate division goals Develop and launch strategic and informative email marketing campaigns, as well as other communication campaigns Analyze effectiveness and ROI of marketing and advertising campaigns Design marketing collateral for print, email, and digital lead generation campaigns Manage company branding on all marketing and sales materials for the company Update and maintain marketing and sales materials to align with new company branding guidelines Assist sales and business development teams with digital and printed material preparation for presentations, events, and industry trade shows Manage all physical branded and promotion items, including re-ordering items, managing inventory, and working with outside vendors for materials Write compelling copy for marketing materials, ad campaigns, and company website Conduct research on relevant industry and market trends to help drive marketing initiatives Other duties assigned Qualifications: The Marketing Coordinator should: Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or similar field At least one year of experience in Advertising, Marketing, or similar field Possess skills needed to write content that converts leads into customers Passion for marketing, branding, and design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Must be a self-starter and be able to function independently Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
