Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. The Fauquier Health system offers patient care for a variety of specialty services including Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. Position Summary:

The X-Ray (Radiology) Technologist performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. The Radiology Technologist is responsible for position patients and ensuring that a quality diagnostic image is produced. The Radiology Technologist works closely with radiologists.

Minimum Education

Graduate from an Accredited Program in one or more medical imaging modalities as described below.

Minimum Work Experience

Preferred - 1 years of experience as a registered technologist in the appropriate modality

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Certified/licensed in good standing with appropriate professional registry:

* Radiologic Technologists - graduate of a JRCERT accredited program and ARRT Registered Technologist RT(R)
