Let’s inspire healthier lives, together.Job DescriptionJoin our in-house Creative Services team and work on a variety of innovative projects that bridge the gap between our products and customers. Help us elevate all creative deliverables, bringing new ideas and learned best practices to the group.
Develop designs that align actions, images, and words. Projects include but are not limited to print collateral, posters, multimedia productions, exhibits, infographics, web content and digital/print advertising. Work with best in class engineers, and product managers to translate advanced technical solutions into targeted branded designs. Reports to the Director, Global Branding and Creative Services on the Global MarCom team.
Job Duties
- Can move quickly and comfortably between multiple projects while continually raising the bar on creative assignments
- Understand content and copy and bring complex concepts and products to life through compelling strategic visuals
- Collaborate with internal team members in design, multimedia, and content/copy on both new and ongoing initiatives
- Attend and contribute to weekly project status sessions
- Be able to take direction, go beyond what is asked and constantly challenge yourself
- A commitment to constantly improve one’s skills, stay current in industry trends— incorporate them into design concepts and share this knowledge with others
- Understand the design and production of large format displays and 3D animations
- Able to communicate effectively with internal customers, ask questions to determine needs and make recommendations for how to get there
- Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring compliance with brand standards and guidelines and communicating the necessity and benefits of adherence
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design studio or in-house group
- Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced organizational, project management and production skills
- A strong foundation and passion for typography, color theory, composition and information hierarchy.
- Highly motivated and capable of solving problems independently, as well as working as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Must provide a strong online portfolio showcasing recent work that illustrates your process of taking ideas from concept to completion
- Knowledge of interactive design a plus
- HTML, CSS and UX design is a plus
- Animation and video editing/story boarding is a plus
