Farrell's Lawn & Garden Center is Hiring a Landscape laborer Near Bryan, OH

We’re looking for a hard-working landscaper to join our team. You’ll follow the instructions of the crew leader to take care of our client’s landscaping needs including excavation, operating machinery, laying pavers, and planting trees & shrubs.

Applicants should be team players with industry experience who are proud of a job well done.

Compensation : $16 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Write daily reports of work completed
  • Keep flower beds looking pristine with a sprinkler or irrigation system
  • Advise clients on how to maintain their landscaping design after work is completed
  • Work with fellow crew members to complete landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance
  • Loading & Unloading Materials
  • Operating Equipment
  • Spreading Dirt, Mulch , & Stone
  • Laying Pavers & Wall Block

Qualifications :

  • Excellent stamina and physical health
  • Strong working knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment including edgers, blowers, clippers, chain saws, rakes, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers
  • Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
  • At least 2 years of experience as a crew member landscaping for residential or commercial properties
