We are currently searching for a dynamic, Marketing Communications Specialist – Internal Communications to manage, develop and create communication strategies / tools across internal stakeholder teams. This will be including Human Resources, Executive Team, Information Technology, Manufacturing and others to support the FANUC America s core purpose, vision, and guiding principles.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for creating experiences. The role will build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect, and inspire team members within FANUC.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Identify internal communications needs and build editorial calendar of internal communications structure
• Develop meaningful campaigns for key focus areas to be distributed via a variety of internal communications mediums with appropriate segments included
• Recognize that internal communications play a key role in preserving and maintaining company culture
• Create, coordinate, and execute clear, well-written and compelling content that helps drive FANUC s brand, purpose, and strategic plan
• Seek out stories from leadership, team members, and various other divisions and groups to communicate and engage the organization
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization all while preserving the integrity of FANUC s brand
• Develop content in a way that informs, engages, and sparks action through story-driven communication, understanding that multicultural and inclusive copy is key
• Maintain brand standards, voice & tone, stellar attention to detail and flawless grammar
• Work closely with graphic designers, marketing, and communications team members to deliver creative and campaigns on time
• Ability to travel at least 25% by plane or car domestically with possible international travel

Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:

• Bachelor s degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in similar roles preferred; or the equivalent combination of both
• B2B Communications & marketing experience
• Manufacturing / Automotive Industry experience is a plus
• Ability to develop, prepare, and deliver effective strategies, proposals and presentations
• Possess a comfort level when learning new programs easily to enhance companywide communication
• Graphic design skills a plus
