Please note that this is a PART TIME position.
SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE
The purpose of the Night Audit/Security team is to create a safe, fun and secure environment for our families while maintaining credibility with our theme park partners. Give Kids the World strives to provide the Perfect Guest Experience to each and every family.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Security
  • Conduct security patrols of the Village public buildings, Villas and overall property and report any issues or deficiencies
  • Assist with various villa concerns to ensure guest comfort throughout the night.
  • Escort late arriving families to their villa and provide a brief check in process.
Audit
  • Perform auditing of park tickets, family files and records nightly.
  • Finalize pre-arrival ticket packets after auditing. Scan all Disney tickets and place in ticket packet.
  • Scan all signature logs and liability forms to create a paper free (green) environment.
  • Provide support for the Auditor.
Guest Service
  • Answer guest questions regarding the Village, tickets, area attractions, transportation, etc. in a helpful and informative manner.
  • Assist with guest transportation needs by answering questions on rentals and arranging shuttles.
  • Communicate with appropriate departments regarding safety and cleanliness. Submit HotSOS requests in a timely fashion.
  • Create photo discs for all departing families.
  • Work with the Personalization team to create a memorable experience by create birthday/celebrate kits for the families and deliver to the appropriate villas.
  • Support communication with all departments regarding any guest service issues, identifying and communicating any and all items needing attention and support.
  • Support MOD in addressing safety and service incidents.
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of request, communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve.
All other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OUTSIDE NORMAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to lift and move boxes, cartons, and/or medical equipment and/or luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail.
  • Ability to speak and write English clearly & articulately with a positive, professional & pleasant manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain multiple priorities and ability to adapt quickly and easily to a changing environment.
  • Ability to work with all types of individuals, including: Guests, co-workers, volunteers, vendors and leaders.
  • Must be able to use creative problem-solving skills and demonstrate decisiveness.
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office {Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to operate a motorized vehicle, including battery-operated golf cart.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements, which are essential functions for the position.
  • High school diploma
  • At least two years of previous guest experience
  • Experience with hospitality night audit procedures
  • Have a valid Security D license.
