Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Produce Associate to join our team. As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the freshness and quality of our produce department. Your main duties will include stocking and organizing produce, assisting customers, and maintaining inventory control.

Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish produce shelves, ensuring products are properly rotated
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce department
- Assist customers in selecting and bagging fresh produce
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Operate cash register for produce purchases
- Use RF scanner to track inventory levels and monitor product expiration dates
- Load and unload deliveries using pallet jacks or other equipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures is a plus
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong organizational skills to ensure proper product rotation and freshness
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are beneficial for effective communication with customers
