Family First Cleaning & Handyman Solutions is Hiring an Appointment Setter (Full-Time) Near Dallas, TX
Family First Cleaning & Handyman Solutions in Dallas, TX is looking for appointment setters (full-time) our clients team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. The is a permeant position.
Compensation is salary plus monthly bonuses
Responsibilities
- *Interacts with dealership customers and prospects via telephone, email, social media, or text to provide support. *Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner. *Maintains a thorough knowledge of dealership policies, products and procedures. *Builds rapport with customers to build a robust customer network. *Schedules appointments for prospects and follow-up to ensure customer shows. *Receives inbound sales leads (phone, internet) and directs to appropriate contacts or sales person. *Collects and enters customer data into CRM *Cover customer objections with the proper response. *Maintains customer records with details of inquiries, and comments. *Follow up after customer service visits to ensure customer satisfaction: workflow and tasks completed daily. *Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- *Excellent communication skills including active listening. *Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. *Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. *Valid ID or Driver's License *Valid work credentials

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
