Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
• Administer medications and injections, and take vital signs.
• Assist with patient comfort and hygiene.
• Monitor patients' health and report any significant changes.
• Document medical information and care provided in patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of AL.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Clinical experience as an LPN, preferably in a healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care.
