Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
Location: Longmont, Colorado
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant seeking a fulfilling opportunity in a home-like environment? Look no further! We are currently seeking experienced C.N.A.s to join our team at our beautiful facility in Longmont, Colorado.
Position Overview:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing skilled care and support to residents in our facility. You will have the opportunity to work day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) or night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a flexible schedule, whether it's PRN or a consistent monthly schedule.
Compensation:

• Up to $25 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a home-like environment
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor residents' health and vital signs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Foster meaningful connections and spend quality time with each resident

Requirements:

• Valid Colorado C.N.A. license
• Current TB test
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• COVID vaccination or exemption (helpful, but not required)
• Must be a caring individual with a passion for helping others

Additional Information:

• 1:4 ratio in a beautiful facility consisting of 4 homes
• Each home houses 12 residents in private suites
• Laid-back environment conducive to quality care and personal connections
• 12 hr day and night shifts available
