F.H. Furr is seeking a dynamic and motivated HVAC Lead Generator Supervisor to join our team. As a leading provider of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical servics in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional comfort solutions to our clients. We are looking for a talented individual who can lead our team of lead generators to effectively identify and qualify potential customers for our HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC lead generators to ensure they meet or exceed lead generation targets
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation efforts, including lead qualification processes and outreach tactics
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on lead generation effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives
• Maintain a positive and supportive team environment to foster motivation and productivity

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC sales or lead generation is preferred
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus
