Weinstein Properties seeks highly motivated skilled, EPA certified maintenance technicians to work this summer at Hampton / Newport News, VA area communities.

• Abbington at Hampton Center
• Abbington Landing

This is a FULL TIME SUMMER TEMPORARY position that starts Now (can be flexible) through AUGUST - SEPTEMBER. Working hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week!

Candidates must have mechanical aptitude and general maintenance knowledge in residential repairs including plumbing, electric, carpentry & appliances. HVAC experience and EPA certification to handle refrigerant required for skilled technician positions. Candidates should have basic hand tools, a multimeter and A/C gauges.

Reliable transportation is required. A background check will be conducted.

Ability to participate in the on-call rotation is preferred.
