Extended Care is Hiring a Director of Nursing Near Burbank, IL
Burbank Rehabilitation is seeking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) with either hospital or long-term care experience !
Salary: $110,000 - 130,000 a year
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of previous, recent experience working as an ADON or DON overseeing a long term care, rehab or subacute facility
- Active RN License in the state of IL
- Proven track record of managerial experience
- Include the highest standards of nursing practice
- Possesses strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long term care.
- Experience with Restorative, Wounds would be a huge plus!
- Possesses good communication skills and is patient and self-disciplined.
