Job Summary:
As an ISA Grutman Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be an important member of our team, responsible for consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Your role involves building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring smooth boutique operations, and contributing to the overall success of ISA Grutman Jewelry.
Daily Store Operations:
- Adherence to security and operational policies
- Support in achieving sales targets through various sales support functions
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Collection of customer data for relationship building
- Contribution to visual merchandising and store presentation
- Efficient execution of check-out/in processes
- Proactive collaboration with the team for a seamless operation and customer satisfaction
- Packing and shipping orders as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and cultivating customer relationships
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for jewelry preferably with previous experience in retail sales
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail
Personal Skills/Abilities:
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
