As a Service Technician, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively with staff, leadership, and medical professionals to provide the best quality of service for our residents.
• Respond to service requests from our residents in a timely, organized manner.
• Complete daily activity schedule for your day according to GLIMS (Governing Length and Intensity of Services) .
• Provide outstanding customer service to our residents.
• Coordinate with GLIMS (Governing Length and Intensity of Services) to provide accurate information about services provided and add value to customer needs.
• Maintain records of service requests and completed service work according to GLIMS (Governing Length and Intensity of Services) .
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Director or Executive Director.
