Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

One of our Chatsworth clients is looking for an experienced sewing machine operator. They have to be familiar with industrial cylinder sewing machines. Machine brands being used are Consew, Singer, and Juki, which are commonly used for upholstery. They should be familiar with lockstitch and overlocking around edges.

Location : Chatsworth, CA

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay : $18.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will be a self-started, motivated and demonstrate he/she can work under general supervision. The candidate must have prior experience in the field and have the ability to work with diverse personalities. Other qualities include good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• A minimum, of 1 years of experience.
• We have an immediate need for a full-time industrial sewing machine operator.
• We are looking for candidates with experience, attention to detail and those who can work well in a team setting and a willingness to learn
• Preferably Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish
• Operating Industrial sewing machines
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to read and write English and/or be able to follow instructions
• Ability to Work in a Team Environment
