Our client, Top Bank, is seeking a Capital Markets Procedure Writer to join their team.
Job Title: Procedure Writer/Documentation Specialist - CIB
Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid 3 days)
What's the Job?
•Write, review, and publish Markets Division documentation, primarily but not limited to, supervisory procedures
•Ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and adhere to all policy and regulatory requirements
•Complete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning
Policy and procedure writing-HAS to have Corporate Investment Banking experience- supervisory requirements are very specific to FINRA requirements of what they document within them and how they are documented.
What's Needed?
•Financial services experience in Corporate and Investment Banking
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Microsoft Office skills
•Effective organization and prioritizing skills
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
•Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
