• Hands on development position to build and deploy a mobile app that ties client software with mobile banking software.
• Work within a lean startup-type environment, on an extremely fast paced and tight timeline
• Act as SME on best practices.
• Deliver within an Agile/sprint framework; participate in scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning.
• Define trade-offs between fast and long-term (identifying and communicating reusable vs. prototype-like methods)
• Regularly demonstrate progress.
• Advise on client consulting engagements focusing on technical architecture, solution design, and technology execution.
• Coach internal Experient Group and Mentor internal-to-client inexperienced resources
• Simplify the complexity of client solutions by defining and adhering to guiding principles such as reducing the total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate and align with a wide variety of both internal stakeholders and external vendors ranging from executives to junior resources.

• 8 years of technical consulting or relevant software engineering and design experience.
• 6 years of experience in cross-platform iOS & Android mobile development.
• An understanding of nuance between current and previous iPhone and/or Android operating systems and devices (particularly form factor).
• Experience with project based work and demonstrated ability to act in a cross development team that is building iOS and Android solutions simultaneously.
• Experience being part of a team that includes contractors and full-time employees. Positive attitude and an ability to work well with client and Experient Group team members.
• Extensive and broad experience and best practices in software engineering, custom application design and development, infrastructure/DevOps, cloud, and data.
• Ability to evaluate, define, and when necessary prototype and guide development teams in a hands on manner on alternatives to determine the best approach for a given solution.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel from technical to executive management and to influence stakeholders to get things done right.
• Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and flexible.
• Preference for Atlanta based.
