**Job Description**

Based at the customer site, the Global Server Operations Program Manager will work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps, manage change, and implement new ideas effectively within the Customer culture.

You will influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. The PgM provides functional subject matter expertise and anticipates customers needs. You will interface with partners inside and outside of the Customer Organization to gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements, and assess current and future business processes (As-Is and To-Be). The program manager will need to apply analytical skills to rationalize change, lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, and help manage complex projects to major milestones.

As a GSO program manager you will support data center turn-ups and builds activity in the North and South America data center locations. You will support and resolve any supply chain issues, labor constraints, and capacity challenges.

**Main Job Duties include:**

* Manage the relationship with the customer and 3PL partners to achieve goals and deliverables

* Support operational excellence to reduce data center downtime.

* Be the single point of contact to manage all North and South America data center logistics issues.

* Implement, manage and monitor metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support with process improvements.

* Set project timelines, tasks, and milestones. Define the critical and noncritical paths of a project.

* Effectively manage project expectations from multiple stakeholders.

* Lead and manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s). Be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

* Review and update the team's processes and procedures where required with a continuous process improvement mindset.

* Create, review, and maintain operational SOPs, collaborating with 3PL partners and customer to ensure regional consistency in operations.

**Qualifications**

* Develop and utilize best practices and methodologies from various project management and business disciplines.

* Periodic travel to sites will be required. (~10-35% travel)

* Minimum 3 years of demonstrated project management experience.

* PMI, PRINCE, or Six Sigma certification is strongly preferred.

* 2-3 Years of supply chain or logistics experience preferred.

* Ability to define, develop & document business processes and procedures.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Smart Sheets, Data Studio or any other Project tools
