- Project management with experience in Agile scrum environment
- Work as Scrum master and project manager as project demands
- Use MS Project with minimal instruction, utilize different views in MS Project for project performance calls
- Understands the business purpose and benefits of every requirement
- Has performed schedule buffer analysis, develop what-if plan, provide assistance in requirement gathering/tracking,
- Skills in writing User stories and Tasks
- Estimation, planning timeline, backlog grooming,
- In-depth knowledge and experience of using ALM tools like ADO or Jira
- Follow up to update tasks status and burn down chart on regular basis
- Status reporting to different level or audiences
- Work with PO to prioritize the stories to make the best possible product features available to customers on time.
- Change management experience using some tool
- Release management and coordination experience
- Team player, closely work with team with a sense of one team to achieve one goal for all.
- Agile certifications are required, Preferable SAFe Agile.
