EXL is Hiring a Sales Director - Insurance P&C Near Chicago, IL

Sales Director - Premium Insurance Audit Services and Solutions

The EXL Premium Audit division is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success winning large multi-year contracts with large insurance corporations for P&C or Premium Insurance Audit Services and Solutions.

Responsibilities:

 Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing

relationships with key decision makers within insurance corporations

 Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals

 Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase how our

premium insurance audit services and solutions can help them streamline their workflow

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials to support

sales efforts

 Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful delivery of services to clients

 Track and report on sales activities and provide regular updates to management

 Maintain a high level of knowledge about the insurance industry, market trends, and

competitive landscape

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field

 3 years of experience selling P&C or Premium Insurance Audit Services and Solutions

 Deep understanding of the insurance industry, specifically P&C

 Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals with contract values of

$800,000

 Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers within large

insurance corporations

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

 Ability to travel as required
