We invite you to consider joining our essential Retail team.\ Responsibilities:Facilitate an excellent customer experience, engaging customers byname, in a friendly professional manner.Build and foster customer relationships by proactively identifyingneeds and offering appropriate solutions to grow and retain customerrelationships.Demonstrate advanced knowledge of deposit products, IRAs/HSAs, andlending services.Perform daily relationship banking tasks, including but not limitedto opening accounts and teller transactions based on customertraffic.Encourage customer use of digital banking services.Perform essential activities to meet established goals.Continually builds job knowledge and shares information asappropriate.Exercises independent judgement and proactively seeks solutions.Follow policies and procedures to minimize the risk of fraud.Who You AreMinimum 2 years of Banking, Sales/Marketing, Retail, or SalesAssociate experience preferredWho We AreHeartland Bank is a subsidiary of HBT Financial, Inc., a publicly tradedfinancial holding company headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois.
