Who we are looking for: We are seeking a passionate LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join us at Ellie in Phoenix, AZ. Desired experience and qualifications:
Candidate must have a valid LCSW with the state of Arizona
Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Responsibilities include:
Maintain a caseload of clients and provide clinical supervision to Ellie Menta Health clinicians towards independent licensure. The expectation is to meet a productivity of 32 hours per week with an average of 25 clients and 7 supervisees. The number of supervisees may increase depending on clinic needs and will reduce client caseload accordingly.
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
