Clinical Manager - LMHC LCSW LMFT with $5k sign-on bonus!!

The evolvedMD Clinical Manager has the exciting opportunity to build and grow evolvedMD's innovative mental health brand in an emerging market under the direction of a dynamic Regional Director. Responsible for supporting, training, and supervising a team of passionate therapists in the primary care setting, evolvedMD is inviting a collaborative, connected, and cross functional leader to join our talented team.

With an industry-leading model that increases access to behavioral health when the demand is at an all-time high, the Clinical Manager will be tasked with leading, building, and coaching a clinical team and act as the liaison between evolvedMD and our partner primary care offices in Fort Myers to ultimately drive outstanding patient care and outcomes.

Compensation

* First-year compensation $75,000 to $90,000 annually (DOE) PLUS $5k sign-on bonus

* Metric-driven quarterly bonuses (up to $2,250 per quarter)

* $1,200 annual technology allowance

About You

* Master's degree in a relevant field with three plus (3 ) years relevant experience, including management and providing clinical supervision.

* Active independent licensure and in good standing with the appropriate state Board of Behavioral Health, including the ability to provide clinical supervision.

* Prior history and success leading, managing, and motivating teams to deliver value and bottom-line results.

* Proven experience optimizing resources to execute a plan in collaboration with a cross-functional team
