Job Description: The Human Resources Business Partner provides HR Generalist and administrative support for human resources functions including staffing, record keeping, and file maintenance, for all assigned ERG entities. Ensures human resources policies and plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. Administers employee benefit programs including medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, 401k plans, Workman's Compensation, short term, and long-term disability. Responsibilities: Staffing
Support the Recruitment Manager in Sourcing, Screening and managing candidate flow.
Coordinate a consistent process for hiring employees ensuring all paperwork, reference checks and tracking is handled properly.
Work with site to make sure all new hires are processed through payroll, have completed an I-9 and a proper personnel file has been created.
Paycom HRIS System
Ensure employee profiles and accompanying records are accurate at all times.
Process all new hires, promotions, transfers and resignations to the company using Paycom.
Create templates, offer letters, onboarding information, etc.
HR Generalist Duties / Projects
Write, revise, and edit HR policies and procedures as needed.
Investigate employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Partner with sites on any HR related issues including performance when needed.
Conduct exit interviews and summarizes opportunities.
Liaise with HR vendors for all areas ensuring their support and leveraging the technology available through them.
Help implement & monitor (on going) new programs (i.e., 401k plan, credit card program)

Recruitment Functions
Assist the Recruitment Manager in any recruiting activities.
Conduct screening interviews of potential hires
Schedule both in-person and virtual interviews for Site Directors, Recruitment Manager and C-Suite when appropriate
Provide support to Hiring Managers and Recruitment Manager throughout hiring process.
Source candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn
DEI
Schedule and plan Culture Council Meetings
Coordinate with other CC members to execute policies, plans, assessment tools, etc.
Schedule and execute calls for various events such as Mental Health Awareness Month, BIPOC MHAM, Alzheimer's Awareness Month, Family Caregiver Month, etc.
Social Media & Graphic Design
Write, plan, distribute and coordinate newsletter content and design.
Create mockups and copy for social media.
Update and create logos for all sites and email signatures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be substituted for degree.
Prefer PHR certification by SHRM.
1-2 years' experience in a support role
Bilingual Spanish required.
