Opening for dinner additional 3-4 nights per week. Looking for clean and hard working cook to assist the Chef and the Sous Chef in executing new menu. Variety of skills such as fish cookery, grilling and plating will be expected, or at least at a point to be taught and retained. PM position only, starting between 3 or 4 going until 10-11
