Our tier one client, a global lighting manufacturer, is seeking a high-profile Territory Sales Management professional in the Trade (C&I) Channel, to oversee a team of district sales executives, key customer relationships, and agents.
Duties include managing regional business, maintaining strong distributor relationships, developing sales growth plans, managing key accounts, and providing forecasts. Also responsible for motivating and managing a sales team, communicating market trends, and resolving personnel issues. The ideal candidate should possess a stable work history, proven management experience and deep knowledge of the channels in the region.
