Marketing Director Position Overview
 Pay range:
$100k- 195k

Qualifications
  • Experienced marketing manager with a strong track record in e-commerce, particularly within the furniture industry (A must)
  • Excel in orchestrating campaigns that consistently deliver a Return on Investment (ROI) exceeding 5, while attracting a minimum of 500K monthly visits 
  • Skilled in directing sales via direct-to-consumer initiatives and personalized content and branding campaigns tailored to the furniture sector. 
  • Expertise includes creating high-engagement content, leveraging drive sessions to enhance traffic, and ensuring specific product visibility in each campaign. 
  • Proficient in various marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and content. 
  • Storytelling and email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising are highly desirable. 
  • Ability to Travel with the team to events and conferences 

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Formulating comprehensive marketing strategies across channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to elevate brand awareness and boost sales
    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to elevate brand awareness and boost sales.
    • Possess a deep understanding of the furniture industry, ensuring strategies are tailored to its specific needs and challenges.
    • Manage the customer journey effectively, guiding potential buyers seamlessly from awareness to purchase.
    • Leverage e-commerce knowledge to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Digital Campaign Management:
    • Planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns, defining objectives, etc.
    • Proficient in industry best practices for each campaign category
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Supervising the creation of engaging content, spanning from product descriptions to blog posts, videos, and interactive online experiences to captivate potential customers and bolster the brand's value proposition
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns and adeptly documenting accurate conclusions for management and team members
  • Project Management and Team Management:
    • Collaborating with departments such as E-Commerce, product design, customer service, and supply chain to ensure a cohesive market approach
    • Setting KPIs, implementing industry best practices, and managing priorities for marketing team members
    • Team event participation - 30% Travel Requirement with opportunities to go to conferences and travel with your team. 
    • Two Weeks For Initial Training and One Week a month in office if Hybrid or Remote Option is granted
