Overall Function:
cabi Outlet sales associate has a keen eye for fashion and a passion for building relationships with customers and coworkers. Sales associates are strong multitaskers, but understand that the needs of customers take top priority. The goal of every sales associate is to create memorable experiences for clients and to aid the store in achieving its financial goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates and provides a unique customer service experience
Actively clienteles
Has the ability to take direction
Possesses strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Uses product knowledge to suggest items to customers
Outgoing with a positive outlook
Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours
Supports the cabi core business
Maintains regular, reliable attendance
· Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Screens calls for executives.
Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Qualifications:
Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required.
Good communication skills for communicating with clients.
A strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
