Unit Details:  Hospital | No Call | 
Daily Patient Volume: 3-5 Cases (3p-11p) – 11p-7a more variability on types of cases and amounts as they are more on a ‘call’ shift
Additional Providers/Support Staff: 14 OR’s – Anesthesiologist, CRNA’s, Anesthesia Techs in department; 1:2-3 CRNA’s – 1:1 after 11pm
EMR System(s): Epic(HealthConnect)
Lic/Certs : Active CA Lic | BLS | 
BC/BE : Certified CRNA
 
Credentialing Timeframe:  12 Weeks from time completed application is submitted
Start Date: ASAC
Duration:  3 Months with option to extend, as needed (July start target)
Shift:  Monday – Friday – 3p – 11p or 11p – 7a – they are looking for 1 provider to work the 3p-11p and another to work 11p-7a
 
Housing/Travel:  All inclusive
Pay Structure:  Bid
Notes: Covid-19 Vaccine & boosters
Required exp:  General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Regional Blocks, A-Lines a plus, Airway Management, ASA 3s and 4s - No Cardiac or Neuro
