Job description Our Agency Owner is looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant to provide business and personal support for a growing office. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with customers, our team, and our Corporate office, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf
Scheduling of meetings/appointments
Creating systems and procedures for the Agent's activities
Providing high-level, confidential support to the Agent
Managing content creation for social media channels and analytics, CRM systems as needed
Managing pre and post-event logistics including travel, and product sales at engagements
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Facilitating and following up on sales and appointments
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Travel and event arrangements for Agent
Personal duties for Agent as assigned
Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years administrative support
Able to travel to all parts of the US and/or International
Flexibility, dependability, and adaptability
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to process and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and trustworthiness
Driven, Professional, Proactive; takes initiative and autonomous worker
