Job Description
* Interviews customers, reviews and completes all forms required for successful entry into the program
* Follows up on all no shows and reschedules their appointments
* Conducts group orientations
* Guides members to available online service options
* Trains members on various literacy topics of interest
* Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses
* Administers quarterly entrance examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression
* Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff
* Performs Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basis
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. One to two years in workforce development or related field preferred.
* Strong project management skills, including managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet Research, and social media.
* Outcome driven, strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform programmatic decisions.
* Highly motivated, with proven capacity to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in high-paced entrepreneurial environment.
* Flexible, with availability to work a weeknight and occasional Saturdays.
