Day to day:
Primary point of contact for field sales teams to execute direct mail campaigns
Following detailed task list to ensure all steps of campaign are accounted for
Captures all dealer requested details for each campaign
Ensures that all client requests are handled in a timely manner
Works with creative team on campaign development and sales team to target the local market

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent experience in a client support capacity (account manager, account rep, account executive, account coordinator, etc.)
1-5 yrs. customer service experience preferred
Good data entry skills
Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel)must know basic Excel formulas (Combining Data, VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
Direct Mail/Print experience
Direct marketing and digital marketing
Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM experience
