You will need a broad skillset as responsibilities range from directing strategic and tactical execution to general management and communications responsibilities. Job Responsibilities Provide support and work closely with the Card Risk Acquisitions team in planning and directing strategic, operational and administrative activities to meet business objectives Responsible for driving core business planning activities and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Card Risk Acquisitions, including broad communication of strategic direction and implications Ensure tight coordination, proactive management, and on-time delivery of key deliverables; project manage and execute key initiatives Provide strategic input and develop recommendation on all organizational structure and resource allocation needs Facilitate communication with internal and external partner to understand issues and effectively work to solve any problems, as needed Ensure all periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and functional review processes are executed; ensure accountability and completion of action items from reviews Build and maintain relationships with peers inside and outside the organization and ensure strong collaboration across teams Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: We are looking for someone excited to join our organization.
