Description

  • Lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes

Profile

  • Experience running projects by themselves
  • Estimating experience a plus!
  • 4 year degree a plus!
