North Bay Vitreoretinal Consultants, Inc. is a busy multi-physician ophthalmic retinal-surgical practice in Santa Rosa, CA. We are searching for a full time (Monday through Friday) Medical Receptionist/Front Desk to join our team.

Your workday is busy, and the successful candidate must have the ability to work efficiently in a large, fast-paced office setting with good time management skills, willing to work successfully in providing quality customer service for our patients and staff.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients
Checking patients in and out
Chart prep
Process medical record requests
Answering High volume phones
Scanning documents
Appointment scheduling
Provide back-up desk coverage
Conduct office closing procedures
Working closely with all members of our team

Job is on location in Santa Rosa, CA. There is no remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
